This Francesca’s Harper collection striped button down blouse is in excellent used condition ! Cream color with navy blue and tan stripes . Button down with a collar , button sleeve , v slits on the sides of the bottom hem. The back has a gathering to give the blouse a unique look in the back . The back is slightly longer than the front . Has a cute front pocket with the stripes going the opposite way so cool ! This is an extra small but fits like an extra extra small so please check out the measurements in the photos !
