EUC Gretchen Scott blue/white print w/stitching

Super cute Gretchen Scott Designs blue and white floral print dress. Sleeves are ¾ length. Hem, sleeves and key hole neck are handed in white fabric with multiple rows of blue stitching. Pockets at both hips. Loose fit. Pit to pit 20”. Shoulder to hem 34”. I’m not sure if I have ever worn this. It’s in excellent condition.
