EUC Handmade Spirals & Sparkles XXS Mini Dress/Size 10/12 Girls

Thrifted item I bought over fifteen years ago. I never wore it, I bought it for a friend but she was too busty for it to fit properly. Will fit a smaller busted XXS woman, as well. Item is sheer. Fabric is sequined so the sparkle is not going to come off. Handmade EUC, if ever worn. Cute buttons on sleeves and excellent stitching & skill. Fabric is flowy & sparkly, fitted at top with relaxed fit skirt. My office lights don't do it justice. This is handmade, no tags. Measurements upon request.
