EUC Hi-lo Floral Dress

EUC high low dress. This dress has never been worn, but has been washed. The dress has a halter style neckline minus the ties. The back has a button. The floral print is not on the lower part, on the inside, of the dress, it is on the outside though. The flowers are beautiful and the green leaves make wonderful accents. I'm open to reasonable offers.
