EUC 🇺🇸Hoboken NJ Boutique Green Dress

Very pretty dress from a small Hoboken shop. I apologize, I forget the name of the store! The dress is a size 2. Tags were removed because they were itchy. There is a sheer top layer over an opaque under layer. The underpays goes to about the knees and the sheer part to the floor. Back is open, the top is lined. No shelf bra but I didn’t need one with it. Washes very easily in the washer and hang to dry! Aprox. 58 1/2” from shoulder to floor Empire waist 11” (elastic though) Bust 12” flat front
