EUC Jacadi Navy Velour Party Dress - Size 4T

From the French luxury kids brand Jacadi, adorable party dress in size 4T (104cm). Short sleeved navy velour on top (color looks darker in photos), pleated stripes on bottom (taffeta or similar, I believe, navy,green, red, purple). Skirt portion is lined, button closure on back. In great used condition, lightly worn for holiday parties. Always washed on delicate and line dried.
