EUC Jones New York Signature Brightly colored Blue Dress with Green, Teal, and White Paisley/Batik design. Cross/wrap top with V neckline. Pullover, no buttons or zips. Great shape as only worn a couple times and made well. Very comfortable and great for vacation or the beach. Has capped sleeves. Length is below knees (I'm 5'3"). Last picture is just to show how the wrap/bust part fits, it is not severely low cut but fits nicely when the two sides layer over each other.
