Do these have the cut out in the back? Also are they a dark brown or light/tan?

@christinala6 Hi. I appreciate your interest. They are dark brown. Not exactly sure what you mean, however there is a 2 to 3 inch slit in the back at the top. If you wanted to fold the top down slightly you could do so. Does that help?
