Any princess or diva needs their own custom tutu dress, and this one won't disappoint! Custom designed at a boutique for Daughters birthday party. Worn once - excellent condition, no flaws or snags. Top is made of a stretchy, leotard material which allows for growth or for pass-me-down! 3 layers of tulle with pink ruffled hems. Only top layer is embellished with sequin-like shimmer, ribbon and two polka dot bows at waist.
