abbylop7676 @andilawner What are the waist and length measurements of this skirt? Does this skirt stretch? Does you believe this skirt can fit a 28 inch waist? Thank you.

andilawner @abbylop7676 hi! Thanks so much for stopping by. The waist measures about 15” and the length 17.” I added another couple of photos :)

andilawner @abbylop7676 the skirt is not very stretchy, as it is made from mostly polyester. This skirt was actually my moms so it never fit me, but generally speaking a 25 is a 0, 26 is a 2, and 27” is a 4. Hope this helps!
