Beautiful condition! Forgiving flowy cut and drape with a bit of stretch. Poly/spandex. Shoulder smocking, front “knot” detail and shirring into side seams all lend to a lovely dress that can go from casual to office to evening. Cap sleeve across top of arms. Lower skirt cut in four panels. Front V neck could be opened another 2” if you want it lower. See last photo where it was hand-stitched closed. Easy enough to undo! Measurements on form. Bust: 36” Waist: 29.5” Back neck to hem: 40.5”
