EUC Legendary Cult Designer Boudicca SATEEN Skirt - UK 10 - US 4/6 - AVANT GARDE

Love this English designer but it’s too tight for me. It’s a little too tight. I’m a 6 but think this is best suited for a 4. No material tag but feels like sateen. A lace strap attached to the fake pocket. Two long straps attached to the zipper in back. No signs of wear. Hard to photograph because of the black sheen so it seems wrinkled when I laid it down. 13 1/2 inches at waist 23 inches length
