Super cute off-the-shoulder top with bell sleeves and pom pom detail at the hem. Smocked neck/shoulder line. Measurements: 22" shoulder to hem (but shoulder isn't really at the shoulder!) and 18" pit to pit 100% rayon is cold water wash/ line dry No stains or rips (and all pom poms still intact!)
