EUC Loft blouse

EUC Worn possibly 1 or 2 times. Buttons around neck with elastic bands (2nd in picture not buttoned to show) with key hole opening in back. Front has a tie sewn in on the left upper neckline which could be styled as desired. Sleeveless, very nice shirt, just does not fit right now. Deep navy with white and orange accents to pattern.
