Dress is fully lined, with a colorful floral chiffon overlay. Double chiffon overlay on front skirt. Wrap style bodice, with ruching gathers on front panel. Laid flat pit to pit measures 16.75", empire waist seam 15.5", pit to bottom skirt hem 33".
