EUC, pretty, flowing maxi skirt. This skirt has a wide waistband that can be folded over or worn unfolded for a seamless fit. An XL should fit sizes 18 to 20 and the waistband has stretch. This can also be worn as a dress. These are great for travel because they are so comfortable. In cooler months you can wear a pair of leggings underneath for more warmth.
