EUC Marquis Strapless Belted A-line Dress

This is a really cute boutique dress that I wore twice and forgot about. It's black and white striped on top, has a connected cream belt with flowers, and a heather grey skirt. The top is stretchy, so you'll never have problems with it falling. The natural waste is ruched and opens from there, so it's very flattering. It's 25" from top to hem. There's s little manufacturer's defect on the back (4th photo), but it's barely noticeable. Comment with questions.
