EUC Maxi Skirt with Static Print

This black and white maxi skirt features an abstract print that resembles the static you would see on an analogue TV screen. I've worn it only twice and it is in excellent condition. It is made of polyester chiffon fabric and has a black partial liner underneath, though it doesn't appear sheer when worn. I am 5'3" and it comes down to my ankles without touching the floor. The elastic waistband is 25" around unstretched, but it expands to fit my 26-27" waist comfortably and can easily go wider.
