Beautiful and versatile, this blouse can be dressed up or worn with a pair of jeans or shorts. Blue on navy vine-like floral print on sheer fabrics. There are this silver metalic threads running horizontal throughout. The bodice is lined. The sleeves are poet style and the cuffs, neckline and hemline are elasticized.
