@gerylreid it has been worn once (EUC - excellent used condition). The approximate measurements are:
Shoulder seam to seam - 18"
Shoulder to hem- 28"
Shoulder seam to cuff - 25"
It is not 3/4 sleeves, the sleeves are rolled in the first photo.
Waist has a drawstring to cinch.
