They're pretty much as new as they can be without being brand new. My feet are just a little too wide for these and I couldn't really know for sure til I wore them out. Comes with original box. stacylirio @ainnarelli Honestly, that's hard for me to answer because I've realized my feet just don't work well in New Balance shoes. I am also between 7 and 7.5 and my feet fit well in both sizes, but my heel slipped in both, which is sadly why I'm selling.
