EUC Nine West Dress w/ Buttons and Bright Colors

I feel like this dress would be perfect for a winery tour on some Hallmark or rom-com movie ♥️ either way, it's perfect for this time of year! Only wore the dress twice, and for a couple of hours each time. I outgrew it. Comes with a lovely blue belt. Nice collar, button detailing. Excellent used condition. Only noticable flaws are 2 small stains (pictured) at the bottom of the Hem on the skirt's inner lining. This lining is NOT visible while wearing the dress, it's just something I noticed.
