EUC Orsay white with navy blue striped blouse with 3/4 inch gathered sleeves

This blouse by Orsay is in like new condition! Beautiful blue pinstriped on a white blouse . It’s so very soft , back button closure , the sleeves are pretty they gather to make them a flutter sleeve which could be worn at a 3/4 inch length or pulled up shorter . This is a European size 36 which I am almost sure that’s a ladies small. Measurements are in the photos !
