Its actual title is "Chandelier Droplets" but to me it looks like a little flower vine or leaf vine or something? It's a bunch of little clear circular stones going all the way around the spacer charm and then one single little dangling piece that has a clear heart shaped stone. The "P2 S925 ALE" inscription can be found along the inner edge of the charm, shown in the pictures.
