rompersnhitops @schmoo826 ok so measurements are taken laying flat with zero stretch and these are quite stretchy. chest 19 in top length at longest point 24 in waist 15 in hips 23 inches rise 10 inches inseam 28 inches

rompersnhitops @schmoo826 also no stains, pilling, tears, holes, they are in great condition. I think they would fit a size 12, depending on how form fitting you are comfortable with. These are not loose fitting pajamas.
