EUC Papell studio stretchy top

EUC! Top is a nice, dressy stretchy material. Design has small rhinestone accents at the top of the lines. Sleeves are 3/4. Size is Large, but I think it’s a small large, so if you wear a Med, it will fit. Smoke free home.
