EUC Parker Blouse w/ Cold Shoulder Sleeves

100% silk Parker blouse with thin strap and cold shoulder leading to flared sleeves. Long enough to wear with leggings. Fabric is bunched along bottom of strap allowing you to pull it together to cover the top of your shoulder or leave it open showing the thin strap. Not a piece I want to let go of, but i just don't wear it enough!
