EUC Phillip Lim 3.1 Target Yellow Orange Blue Leopard Double Breasted Blouse XS

EUC! Such a fun piece to wear. Lightweight. Double-breasted. Two faux pockets in front. Dark blue piping around the collar and sleeve edges. I only saw one tiny hole on the back (pictured). Relaxed fit. Labeled an XS but can likely fit a Small. Side to side and should to bottom hem measurements pictured. Please ask all questions prior to bidding or buying, as I do not accept returns :)
