@ellyanawills PTP is approximately 18 1/2” flat measurement without stretching the fabric and then the waist is about 17 1/2 to 18 inches without stretching. It’s pretty stretchy, but it’s not like stretchy when it just hangs on you. It fits to your body stretchy. I’m anywhere from a 12 to a 16 depending on the brand and this fits me perfectly…the only reason I’m not keeping it is because I need a V-neck for my body type. Hope that helps!
