In excellent condition. I wore several times (only once with Rothy's insoles) and now I realize I should go up half a size. I am a street size 10 and usually wear a 10 in Rothy's sneakers and laceups. Pictures 2 and 3 show the tiniest of threads sticking out.

jphaas @jessroe74 it doesn't appear to be a spot when I inspect it -- it might be shadowing from the way I took photos. But I've also never washed them.
