can you please tell me how many inches across the waist (bottom hemline), and the length?

@mandymscloset The bottom hemline is 11.5" laying flat but does have stretch. The length is 14.5 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hemline. For more reference it fit me well at 135lbs, at 5' 4" tall wearing a 34B bra.
