twinmom614 @sbartlett80 We never had any issues with it, but I had them out in snow, not rain! It is very highly rated on Amazon - maybe read the comments to see if you have your answer. twinmom614 @chicnation These were from a couple of years ago and they sell out very quickly when they do come in to Aldi and I got the new ones about a week ago. Maybe if Lidl is getting theirs in late you can still get them.

twinmom614 @chicnation There is an elastic (you can see hanging) to put around before you put them on so they don’t get lost. Then there is elastic to keep tighter at the wrist - and you can put the jacket over it too if you want
