EUC Smak Parlour Velvet Shirt Dress XL

This very gently used XL short shirt dress has no obvious stains, rips, or wear. It has elastic cuffed short sleeves, a button front, a generous cut, an elastic waist, and falls to the lower thigh. The material has some stretch and is semi-sheer. The colors are wine and black with a gold elastic in the waist. Non-smoking home. (I wore this twice over the holidays. Both times I wore black leggings and a slip tank top. This is probably the best way to wear it unless you are into super short dresses.)
