EUC Studio M elasticized waist knit skirt

Black Studio M knit skirt, EUC!, pull-on style, wide elastic in waistband, waist doesn’t look gathered as in some elastic waist skirts, waistband is flat, no bunching of fabric, fabric has some stretch but returns to shape quickly, medium weight, moves with you when you walk, etc, not stiff or overly stretchy, only worn 2 to 3 times, forgot I had it until closet clean out!
