ZION  Black Wool/Cashmere Blend Pencil Skirt Size 8 This is a gorgeous wool/cashmere/angora blend black pencil skirt made by ZION. It is made in the U.S.A. of French Fabric. Back zipper, hook and eye closure.  It has two pockets in the front and 5 inch back vent.  Made of 70% wool, 15% cashmere & 15% angora. Approx. Measurements: Waist: 28 inches Hips: 37 inches Length from top to bottom: 21 inches Bottom width: 34 inches This skirt has only been worn a couple of times very gently, and is in very good used condition.
