Full short skirt-has a attached petticoat for skirt to flare. Whole dress is connected by about an inch middle piece shows off tummy with a sheer mesh strip. Glittery top sheer overlay with a maroon built in bra underneath. It has a zipper back and a velvet tie for the back of neck. It was only worn once for a winter formal by my sister so in EXCELLENT condition. Purchased at Macy’s. No color option for maroon so it is listed as red, but it’s definitely maroon.
