EUC Tie Neck w/ Bow Seersucker Dress

This was custom made for my daughter to wear in a wedding, so there isn’t a size specified however at the time my daughter wore about a size 8. The dress is adorable, we had so many compliments on it. It’s knee length (she was 5’1” and it hit just below her knees) dress is unlined.
