EUC Torrid red plaid retro chic swing dress, size 18. Had this professionally hemmed to knee length on me, 39". Full length is 39", but due to the style of hem it is a couple of inches shorter on the sides, although it doesn't feel like it when it's on. Something to do with the fullness of the skirt. Has pockets! And I found the belt! **Please do not lowball me! Thanks!**
