EUC Torrid velour rose print dress

EUC Torrid size 4 velour dress. Black background with red rose print. V neck that is tacked shut so it doesn't hang open. One rose on the front has a very tiny yellow center that is only noticeable close up, see photo. Perfect for a holiday party or anytime!
