EUC - Tory Burch Pointed Toe Ballet Flats - size 40(fit like an 8)

These ballet flats are so cute and perfect for that little pop of color. There is slight scuffing on the heel of one and the toe has a slight stain/ discoloration at the tip. There are a couple of small stains on the sides but are very faint and hard to photograph. No stains are overly noticeable. They say a size 40 but with the point I feel like they fit like a size 8. No wear an 8.5 and they are tight on me but would work in a pinch. Also the pic comes off as a royal blue but they are more of a bright turquoise.
