@blairblack1 thanks for the interest. I just measured from the top of the strap to the top of the bag. It is at 11 inches. The bag is not filled. I expect it to decrease once the bag is full. However, it is also only on the middle hole. There are 5 adjustable holes on the strap at about an inch apart. So you have at least 1.5 inches going either shorter or longer. Hope that helps.
