EUC Uterque oversized black tunic/mini dress

Bought in Barcelona six years ago and worn a handful of times. No flaws or stains. Very cute with tights and knee high or ankle boots. It does have two very high side slits so cannot be worn on its own, but works well with black bike shorts, leggings or opaque tights. Flirty flounces at the bottom and bell sleeves.
