EUC Valerie Stevens Colorful Flowing Hi/Lo Top with Lace Size 2X

This is a very fun and colorful top by Valerie Stevens. It is a 3/4 sleeve tunic style with ties at the neckline. The ties have 3 beads on each string. The back has lace across the shoulder part of the top. The top is made of 100% polyester and the lace is made of 70% cotton and 30% nylon. It is sheer and may need a cami or tank worn underneath. It measures approximately 27 inches from pit to pit lying flat and approximately 29 inches from the shoulder to front hem and 31 inches from shoulder to back hem.
