EUC Vintage 60's? Harlow Tunic/ Blouse SZ M

You will be right in style with this Like New Vintage (Lady) Harlow Tunic/ Blouse with Black background and bright colors in Fuchsia, Pink, Lavender, Red, Goldenrod, Forest Green and White. Approx. 2" Side slits at bottom hem - see last 2 photos. Great Vintage top from my Mom-in-laws closet. Most likely 60's but could be 70's. There is not a Size tag but I believe it to be a medium after measuring and trying on but please check measurements. Armpit to Armpit 22" Shoulder seam across back 18" Sleeve Length 18" Body Length in Front Approx. 26" in Back 27" 100% Polyester with slight stretch.
