This beautiful vintage Cynthia Rowley halter dress would be a wonderful addition to your wardrobe. It features a floral pattern embellished with stunning appliqués, beading, sequins, embroidery, cut outs and mesh inserts. It makes a statement in all the right ways. Made of a lightweight, cool and comfortable linen and cotton blend fabric, the dress is fully lined (except the bottom semi sheer hem panel). It has a drop waist and a flattering backless design to add a touch of sexiness. The dress is perfect for a wedding, party, or cocktail event and can be easily hand washed for maintenance. It is a size 2 with a side zipper. The halter fastens with hooks and eyes. The chest (flat) = ~14” (runs small).
