EUC Vintage Talbots Twill Satchel with Black Grosgrain Handles and Bow

Wonderful vintage bag from Talbots that combines whimsy and femininity and practicality. Seems to be a 90’s fashion item. Hidden Magnetic closure. Roomy. The photos show 2 stains on the front but they are small. Inside has zip pocket. Interior is spotless. Measures 11” across and 9” tall. Handle drop is 6”. Great piece and in Excellent Condition.
