EUC Vintage black button up

EUC Vintage true black blouse in pristine condition. I don't think it's ever been worn. The tag says " Magnate Fashion Dimensions Exclusively Tailored For" with no name or measurements which leads me to believe it's leftover stock that was never tailored to someone specific. It's an elegant classic piece that would be a staple in any wardrobe.
