EUC Vintage polka dot Blouse

I bought it at a vintage shop during a trip, but have not worn it. It is in great condition. No rips, tears, or stains. There is no actual size on the tag, I am a small 5'4 135 lbs. The name brand is Lady Arrow. This blouse is so classic and lovely. Red polka dots among a deep blue background. My camera did not capture the quality and beauty of this blouse. Style it with a chunky modern necklace , sweater, or blazer. You can wear jeans or a midi skirt with this blouse. I just steamed the shirt.
