EUC White House Black Market Ruffle Jacket

This amazing jacket is black and has a very feminine ruffle. The sleeves are 3/4 length; perfect for spring. It pairs nicely with dress pants or jeans. From top of the shoulder to the bottom hem is 23.5” in the front and 20.5” in the back. It is 58% Rayon, 38% Polyester, and 4% Spandex.
