EUC Who What Wear green dress size XS

This dress has a designer look and feel for much less. Asymmetrical buttons, thick 100% cotton, it’s figure hugging at the bodice and the skirt is A-line. There’s smocking at the back so it has some stretch but fits size 2 best. Love this so much but it’s a little snug on me.
